Description: INDS/IOMR/IFM
is Web Application, Integration Negotiation Data Service (iNDS) provides
persistence of the retail affiliate negotiation data (i.e., Service Request)
and enforces business validation rules upon the data. Currently, the service
negotiation applications using iNDS are associated EASE. The EASE application
provides centralized control of the negotiation process and initiates
specialized retail affiliate ordering applications (Plug-Ins) to gather the
affiliate-specific order data. Data is stored by iNDS where it is accessed by
EASE .
The primary input to iOMR is a Service
Request. So, it utilizes the Service Request view of the order data to hide the
OSS details from the client application. If order is Fallout then it goes to
IFM interface.

(integrated Combined Billing Tool) is also known as SCOCBE (SBC Cingular Online
Combined Billing Environment) application. The main business requirement was
that the Consumer of both AT&T (wire line provider) and Cingular/mobility
(wireless provider) should receive a combined bill. AT&T Online allows
customers to enroll for combined bill for Mobility Wireless and AT&T Wire
line service. It performs the eligibility checks for combined bill and
enrollment for combined billing. The project is developed in two phases
AT&T Online and Web Services. iCBT performs the eligibility check and
verifies that no outstanding orders exist against the account that could change
its billing status.

acts as middleware application between negotiation application (CPSOS) and

iOMW directly. It is a middleware that interfaces between Order Negotiation
Systems and OSS’s .Customer service representative takes the order from the
customer and enters the data into CPSOS which goes to IOMW, which is a client
data. CRIS is a database it contains all the details of the customers. It gets
the information from IOMW via downstream system.

is a Service Order generator of non-complex telephone services and products. It
is a Smalltalk application developed for SBC Midwest (IL, WI, OH, MI and IN)
small business customer representative. The customer representative takes
information from customer and feeds their information using the interfacing
screens provided within the ESON application. The user information is validated
by both the application and user. If the validation is successful, ESON creates
the service order in the FCIF (Flexible Computer Interface Format) format.
These generated service orders are transmitted to mainframe ASON (Ameritech
Service Order Negotiation) application through data services (Tuxedo).
